Our experience with Stephen was nothing short of professional. With being overseas and due to COVID-19 unable to travel back to South Africa to attend to matters of selling the property, Stephen excellently guided us through the sale of our property.

Yes, we did not receive the asking price (not sure if anyone ever does) but we were more than happy to have this property sold during such testing times we all find ourselves in.

As previously mentioned, we were unable to attend to such matters at the property due to being unable to travel so Stephen went above and beyond opening and visiting our apartment for contactors and tradesman making sure that the maintenance went accordingly.
