Launching Information Centre/Advice Desk for Sectional Title

I am very pleased to confirm the launch of my information centre/advise desk. This shall have specific regard to sectional title as an ownership model.

After a great deal of research, I have decided that a WhatsApp channel is the optimum way in which to communicate with sectional title owners.

This platform is to be information-driven and it is my intention to post items of specific relevance to the sectional title community.

I intend including podcasts, inviting conveyancing attorneys, managing agents and other sectional title specialists to share their insights in an informal, conversational style.

A valuable feature of this channel is that you can submit any question to me that I shall answer. This can be any question relative to your ownership of a sectional title property. Your question shall be confidential and not posted and shall be received only by me.

I shall then reply to you personally via your preferred method of communication, be it email, whatsapp or a phone call.

I have nearly 20 years experience in sectional title property sales & rentals and, having practiced as an attorney, have a sound knowledge and understanding of all legal aspects that apply. My objective is to be available to share this knowledge and experience with the community of property owners with whom I engage.

This advice desk is not limited to buying or selling, but extends to all and any aspects of your ownership of a sectional title property.
